The Project:
Aviko, part of the Royal Cosun Group, one of Europe's largest producers of fresh, frozen, dehydrated and specialty potato products, has decided to invest in an additional facility in Poperinge to increase its production capacity. Close to 30.000 m² panels were used to build this brand new factory. The processing plant produces up to 175.000 ton frozen potato fries that will be stocked in the fully automated high bay warehouse. Both the high bay warehouse and the factory were built with IND QuadCore panels to ensure quality of insulation. Different finishes on the panels (Stainless steel, CLEANsafe,…) were used to accommodate the different environmental needs.
