Pomanjou (Écouflant-France)

Reconstruction of a fruit and vegetable storage building after a fire destroyed the building and all its goods in 2009.

The choice of materials for reconstruction was made in consultation with the DREAL (regional directorate for environment, development and housing), the fire brigade and insurance companies.

There are several reasons for this: first, thermal performance (essential in the food industry and controlled environments), allowing optimal storage conditions for fruits or vegetables to be obtained, but also and above all fire safety, with high levels of fire performance with QuadCore Insulation, and finally, the choice of sandwich panel for unparalleled speed of installation and thus to be ready in time to receive the harvests.
