QuadCore insulated panels have been subjected to rigorous large-scale tests and a range of systems are insurer approved to FM Approved standards. It has an FM Approved 4880/4881/4882 class 1 rating and unlimited height (40 - 220 mm).
As far as fire performance is concerned, QuadCore insulated sandwich panels, although considered as "combustible" and has a low contribution to the flashover phenomen.
In terms of reaction to fire, and in accordance with the Euroclass system, our QuadCore IND Insulated Panel systems can be classified as B-s1,d0 (60 - 220 mm) (EFR-23-003781-B) according to the Euroclasses of the European standard EN 13501-1 : 2018, which is a high performance for a material that is ‘combustible’:
B - Very limited contribution to fire and will not lead to flashover
s1 - Little or no smoke production
d0 - No flaming droplets / particles
In addition, our insulated panels can also offer high levels of fire resistance.

A resistance to fire propagation of 1 hour (EI60 for 200 mm) (report 19610C) following EN 13501-2 : 2023.
When in contact with fire, this panel emits almost no smoke, and retains its integrity for up to an hour.
