Flat Roof System:

Dedicated to cold logistics at positive or negative temperatures, this system consists of the Industrial IND or QuadCore Industrial panel fixed directly to the trusses or purlins, then covered with additional insulation and finally with a mechanically fixed waterproofing membrane, thus creating a flat roof with a minimum slope of 3.1 %.

For negative warehouses, this is the only rational solution that allows the construction of a single-skin structure with an interior structure and no ceiling. For the positive cold logistics sector, compared to a traditional system consisting of a ribbed sheet used as a waterproofing support, for which the use in cold stores with nominal temperatures between +2 and +4 °C requires a very restrictive implementation, tThe Industrial IND Flat Roof System waterproofing process offers many advantages:

• The vapour tightness and a simplified management of the thermal breaks,

• Fewer elements to install successively, thus saving time,

• The interior finish is in line with hygiene standards: finely ribbed appearance with no visible fasteners (the fasteners of the insulation and the membrane are taken from the panel insulation), the choice of the interior facing can be adapted to the atmosphere of the cell according to the ceiling height,

• The performance of the insulation is ensured by the panel whose lambda insulation value for QuadCore Industrial panel is 0.018 W/m.K according to our CE marking.
